What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment options:

- Apple Pay
If you wish to pay with American Express, please select PayPal at checkout, then click on “Pay with Credit or Debit Card” inside PayPal to complete your purchase.
Important: Once your order has been placed, the payment method and currency cannot be changed.
Are there any duties, taxes, or additional fees I should expect?
Little Glam does not charge sales tax at checkout, as we are based in Hong Kong, where there is no sales tax or GST.
However, depending on your country’s import regulations, your shipment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not controlled or collected by Little Glam.
Please note:
- You are responsible for any duties or taxes incurred.
- We are unable to estimate these costs, as they vary by destination.
- We cannot reimburse any duties or taxes paid upon delivery.
For accurate information, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter your discount code during the first stage of checkout. Look for a box beneath your order summary, enter your code, and click ‘Apply’.
Note: Only one discount code can be used per order.
Can I use a discount code on sale items?
Discount codes apply to most of our jewelry, excluding items already on sale.
Sale pieces are already priced with deeper discounts than most promo codes — so you're getting the best value upfront!
Is your site safe and secure?
Absolutely. Our checkout is protected by SSL encryption, which keeps your personal and payment information private and secure throughout your shopping experience.
How is a refund processed
For details on Returns and Exchanges, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page.
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout — we’re unable to process refunds to a different card or account.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 10–15 business days for our team to process it and send you a confirmation email.

Can I cancel my order?
Should you wish to change and cancel your order, please email us with YOUR EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to contact@littleglamjewelry.com
within 6 hours after the order has been placed.
*No cancellation is accepted after an order has been processed.
Can I change my address?
Should you wish to change your shipping address, please email us with YOUR EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER to contact@littleglamjewelry.com
within 6 hours after the order has been placed.
*We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been processed.
A signature is required upon delivery. In case you did not collect your order and courier sent it back to us, we will charge for shipping fee and might send again.
Can I update my order?
Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to update your order in time.
If your order has not been shipped, please reach out to us at contact@littleglamjewelry.com with your EMAIL, ORDER NUMBER and the details on the change.
How can I track my order?

Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!
Orders will be shipped from Hong Kong to most of the countries, however, delivery services to the countries in the Rest of world catagory might be terminated by Hongkong Post due to COVID-19. In this case, we would inform you as soon as we received your orders.
Kindly note: We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Please note that delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping as there are lot of factor affecting its speed and thus, we would suggest Expedited Shipping if there is a date that you would like to meet. The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.
How long does it take before my order gets shipped?
We are aiming to have your order dispatched from our facility within 1-3 business days.
For Custom orders take 10-20 business days.
For Pre-orders take 30-60 business days.
However, please bear with us in case we are spending extra time in checking / perfecting your items, particularly during the peak season around end of the year.
Furthermore, there will be chances that the item that you ordered may run out of stock though we are doing our best to avoid this from happening. We will definitely try to get you notified as soon as possible if that happens.
You may on and off notice during checkout that the estimated delivery time is exceptionally long. This could be due to that some products are currently having nil inventory and restock of the goods is in progress.

Do you offer express delivery?
We know you're excited to receive your Little Glam order(s), and we're always working on ways to get your jewelry to you faster.
We offer our Expedited Shipping option via FedEx or UPS to the following countries/locations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Netherlands, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States.
Regret that we are unable to offer express delivery to all other countries and outlaying islands this moment.
How can I track the shipping status of my order?
Absolutely! We’ll send a tracking number via email to you within 24 hours before we bring your package to the Post Office.
With the tracking number you can track your order here for your orders shipped by standing shipping or email us to contact@littleglamjewelry.com with YOUR EMAIL and ORDER NUMBER, we'll be happy to track it for you.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my jewelry?
Yes! Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we would do our best to make things right.
For any reasons you are not fully satisfied with the purchased item(s) upon receipt, please contact us for returns or exchanges within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the item(s). Then, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions for returning your jewelry.

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping).

Materials & Product Care
What materials do you use to craft your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made from a range of precious metals including 925 Sterling Silver, 14k Gold Plated (coated with thick layer of 14k Gold or Rose Gold on the top of a Sterling Silver base) and 10k/14k Solid Gold. Our jewelry is nickel-free.

What gemstones do you offer?
We carefully selected a wide range of colorful genuine gemstones to craft our jewelry, each has its unique properties and beauty. We offer genuine gemstones including Amethyst, Blue Topaz, Rainbow Moonstone, Rose Quartz, Labradorite, White Topaz, Aquamarine, Garnet, Peridot, Citrine, Tourmaline, Black Onyx, authentic Opal, etc.

Will my jewelry tarnish or turn my finger green?
Any jewelry made with even precious materials such as Sterling Silver and Rose Gold that contain copper may tarnish slightly over time, however, for many people, this is outweighed by the beautiful properties of natural metals.

Gifting
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
We would make unboxing special for everyone, all jewelry comes in beautiful packaging even it's a gift for yourself! Each piece is beautifully placed in our gift box (we may combine items into one box if it is not indicated that it is a gift).
Do you offer greeting cards?
Absolutely! We offer physical greeting cards for free.
During checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift and enter your special message if any, it will be handwritten on a greeting card.
