Shipping & Delivery

Order Processing Time

For Ready-to-Ship items take 1 to 3 business days.
For Custom orders take 10 to 20 business days.
For Pre-orders take 30 to 60 business days.

Standard and Expedited Delivery

We ship your orders from Hong Kong.

For Standard Shipping, orders are delivered via Hongkong Post. For international shipping, you might be required to sign on the package to receive the item and thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.

Standard shipping times for Hong Kong should be within 3 working days, to other countries should be within 3 to 17 working days. Please note that any public holidays may occur in postage delays and are out of our control.

For Expedited Shipping, orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. The shipping fee may vary by destination and the size of your order. Shipping fees are shown upon checkout.

Expedited shipping times for international orders would take 3-7 business days depending on the location. Please note that there are occasions during holiday season such as Christmas and New Year, the delivery may take a bit longer.

Remarks: If the address and recipient are different from your account, please advise the NAME and the ADDRESS of the recipient.
